Arena achieve Housing Quality Network Accreditation

Arena Housing Group is elated that our subsidiaries have gained three rigorous accreditations from Housing Quality Network for income management, repairs and maintenance and estate services.

Said Brian Cronin, Chief Executive of Arena Housing Group, “Never one to boast about how good our services are, achieving accreditation proved the service level we provide to our residents is second to none.  Accreditation was an in-depth and challenging process whilst also being a positive experience for us as an organisation.  It enabled us to identify areas for improvement, demonstrating to our residents that we continually strive to be an excellent service provider”.

The HQN Accredit status is the only UK accreditation system to assess a whole host of service areas for landlords.  The accreditation process and award ensures residents, staff and stakeholders are confident that the service provided is well run, deliver positive outcomes and retains a value for money focus.

Holding HQN Accredit is a tangible sign that the services meet or exceed good practice standards and that Arena Housing Group is proud to offer a best in class service to our residents.  It is an objective, rigorous and challenging scrutiny process which focuses on the things that really matter to our residents and their communities.
