Anti Social Behaviour: Noisy neighbours, feuding families and rowdy residents are all in a day’s work for Arena’s new Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Team, who have been brought in to tackle all forms of anti-social behaviour, as part of Arena’s new ASB strategy.
Life can be made a nightmare for residents affected by nuisance neighbours and the ASB team, working closely with the Customer Services Managers, can now work to solve issues created by the small minority of residents who cause serious problems for others. Taking a hard line on nuisance, harassment and any other form of serious anti social behaviour, since formation of the team in January 2005, the 4 specialist officers have already dealt with 70 or more cases to date.
With numerous tools such as Anti-Social Behaviour injunctions, acceptable behaviour contracts, and possession proceedings and much more at their disposal, the Anti-Social Behaviour team have a zero toleration stance when it comes to Anti-Social Behaviour.
