Arena 300 is a brand new residents group. It's a sounding board that gets right to the heart of Arena's service – and your experience of them. So now, if you want to be involved, there's a direct way for you to influence, improve and comment on everything we do.
Why 300?
The name refers to the fact that Arena 300 will comprise 300 residents (not limited to 300) drawn from right across the Arena Group. It will act as a consultancy team for Arena to call upon when reviewing service delivery. Residents in the 300 team will share information and comments with other residents, enabling them to devise solutions and improve services.
I haven't got time to go
One of the beauties of Arena 300 is that involvement doesn't necessarily mean giving up time to travel to meetings. There's menu of options to provide input including: postal questionnaires, telephone calls, focus groups, interactive workshops, interviews and impact days.
