If you'd like to make a real difference to the way Arena Homes works with you and the services we deliver we need you to come forward and get involved. ways to get involved. You can 'pick and mix' how you get involved. It only takes a little amount of time to make a big difference. These are ways in which you can get involved, which one suits you?
Arena Homes Board
Residents are elected onto the Board where you can have a direct say in how we are managed.
Editorial Committee
The editorial committee will allow you to help us decide what stories should be included in the four-yearly residents’ newsletter – ‘In Touch’
Surveys - email, text or telephone
Take the easy option by answering questions via email, text or telephone.
Surveys – post
It couldn't be easier, fill in a simply questionnaire and pop back to us in the post.
Focus Groups
This involves getting involved in specialist groups such as Resident Involvement or maintenance.
Residents’ Group/Association
Have your say and join a local group or association.
Residents’ Forum
Make it a bit more official by joining a forum which feeds directly into the management structure of Arena Homes
Residents / block representatives
Work with us to keep your neighbours informed about the workings of Arena Homes
Residents Forum Grant
Help us decide where to spend our residents grants in our communities on projects and activities.
Mystery shopping
We use mystery shoppers to test our services. The shopper calls or visits our offices and then tells us how they are treated. Our staff don't know who the shoppers are.
Estate Inspections
You know your estate better than us – what needs doing, what can we do to tidy up your area?
Arena 300
The Arena 300 will comprise at least 300 residents drawn from right across the Arena Group. It will act as a consultancy team for Arena to call upon when reviewing service delivery. Residents in the 300 team will share information and comments with other residents, enabling them to devise solutions and improve services.
