Our five main service areas are:
Our four Homeless Lodges provide temporary accommodation for homeless households in St Helens, Wigan, Warrington and Runcorn and the Vulnerable Tenant Support Service (VTSS) offers support and advice to tenants and owner occupiers in Warrington. Also our Agency Managed Services work in partnership with a range of agencies and seek to develop new relationships with specialist organisations to provide services tailored to the needs of the individual.
Housing With Care Services
We have newly built or remodelled extracare housing schemes in Liverpool, Knowsley and Sefton
Retirement Living Services
We have currently have 3 Retirement Villages located in St Helens, Warrington and Haydock that offer a range of rental, full purchase and shared ownership options to new residents.
Older People’s Services
We provide a choice of services for people aged 55 years and over. We have 28 Sheltered Housing Schemes situated in eight Local Authority areas. We also have 600 homes especially designed for the over 55’s.
Young People’s & Learning Services We own and manage three Foyers located in Chester, St Helens and Wigan and young person’s schemes in Platt Bridge and Warrington. We also have a Mother & Baby unit and six purpose built bungalows on the Wirral. All Young People’s Service schemes have excellent links with agencies and partners to ensure an enhanced holistic service is offered to all our service users. This is promoted through our Learning Services department.
