Arena is the lead Housing Association for the Stanley Park Zone of Opportunity, one of the Pathfinder areas in Liverpool. The Anfield and Breckfield Renewal Area forms part of the Stanley Zone and includes a mixture of property, some scheduled for demolition, some for refurbishment.

Considerable progress has been made with rehousing residents within Phases 3-5.  Currently there are only 40 residents remaining who are, in the main, waiting to be moved into the new Parks Development which has started on-site between St. Domingo Vale and Granton Road.

 

During 2009/10 a number of residents within these phases moved into the Rosemount Estate, off Robson Street.  In total Arena has 55 residents living on the Rosemount Estate.
