Helping us do this is our Equality & Diversity Steering Group, which monitors our commitment to fairness and equality. Charged with identifying and preventing any form of discrimination, either in the workplace or in the way we allocate and manage our homes, the group meets regularly to ensure equal opportunities policies are properly implemented and communicated to everyone who is engaged with Arena.
