AFS is the department that delivers our directly managed hostel provision, floating support and manages our agency managed relationships.
Agency Managed Services offers over 600 units of accommodation with the addition of specialist support provided from 27
Managing Agents. The managing agents we work with provide specialist services and support to a wide range of client groups, ranging from mental health, domestic violence, to spinal injuries.
These agencies enable service users to live as independently as possible within their own homes. Some of our Managing Agents include Making Space, St Helens Women’s Aid and Warrington Community Care.
We have four
homeless lodges where we are contracted to provide services in order
for local authorities to discharge their duties under homeless legislation. We manage:
- Grangeway Court in Runcorn
- Pennington Lodge in St Helens
- Holly House in Wigan
- Tiernan Lodge in Wigan
The Vulnerable Tenant Support Scheme (VTSS) is a large floating support service in Warrington that was established in 1997.
VTSS delivers a floating support service under the following contracts:
- Generic Complex Needs
- Resettlement From Supported Accommodation
- Women At Risk Of Domestic Violence
- Young People At Risk
