Eric Hodgson
Chairman

Eric is a former National Health Service manager and has been a Board Member since September 2005 and was appointed Chairman of Arena Options in September 2010.

 
John McKenna
Deputy Chairman

John worked at Pilkington PLC as a Solicitor and was Company Secretary at a time of retirement. He was appointed Deputy Chairman of Arena Options in September 2005 and has been a Board Member since 1974.



Reg Lang
Board Member, Chair of Finance Committee and Chair Of Value For Money Committee

Reg has been a Board Member since May 2004. He is a Qualified Accountant and before retirement worked at Pilkington PLC as Business Development Manager (Europe) and Financial Director of C.I.S.

 

 

 

Trevor Charlton
Board Member

Trevor also worked at Pilkington PLC as a Manufacturing Manager. He has been a Board Member since 1999.

 

 

Kevin Gill
Board Member and Chair of Remuneration Committee

Kevin has been a Board Member since 1999. Before retirement he was the Manager of Personnel and Commercial Services at Pilkington PLC.

 

 
Michael Mbondiah
Board Member

Michael is currently employed as a Marketing Officer and has been a Board Member since September 2005. He is also the Equality and Diversity Champion for the Board.



Pam Smith
Board Member and Chair of Risk Management Committee

Pam is a Local Government Manager with Warrington Social Services and has been a Board Member since September 2005.



Les Garner
Resident Board Member

Les joined the Board in September 2007. He is a tenant residing at Reeve Court Retirement Village and is an active member of the Tenant’s Association and Arena Options Service Panel.

 

 

Mary Grayson
Resident Board Member 

Mary joined the Board in June 2008. She is a tenant residing at Heyeswood Retirement Living in Haydock and is involved with Arena Options Service Panel, Older People’s Housing Service Panel and Conference Planning Groups for both Arena Options and the Arena Group.
