Anti-Social Behaviour

Anti Social Behaviour is action or behaviour that has a negative impact on an individual or group of individuals. It is our function and responsibility as a landlord to combat ASB that impacts on our tenants and residents.

We believe everybody has the right to a trouble free peaceful home life, without fear of disturbances, intimidation, violence, vandalism or nuisance. We expect our tenants to respect their neighbours and others within the community.

Our teams of Tenancy Enforcement Officers will investigate all reports of ASB with sensitivity and in confidence and where necessary take appropriate action towards resolving the matter.

Any report received by Arena Homes about neighbourhood dispute or anti-social behaviour will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly by your Tenancy Enforcement Officer.

We are dedicated to providing a comprehensive service dealing with complaints of general ASB, domestic violence and hate related crime and we have tailored policies and procedures in place to take action against these issues.

Our policy is to tackle anyone acting anti-socially, not simply to move the problem elsewhere. We will take appropriate action depending on the situation.
