I have overall responsibilities for all aspects of Tung Sing’s performance. I work with the board, staff members and outside stakeholders, to contribute to the success of Tung Sing through providing excellent services to our residents and customers. I have a passion for work to improve people’s lives, and have been working for public authorities and the voluntary sector since the age of 16. I look forward to meeting and working with you to continuously improve our services.

 

  

Caroline Campion, Head of Operations

 

I am responsible for overseeing the delivery of our frontline services including general needs and supported housing, resident involvement, and property services. At Tung Sing, we manage circa 600 units of general needs accommodation, 140 of which is sheltered housing with a floating support service; and 2 tenancy support services for 60 service users

 

 

 

Claire Spann, Finance Manager

 

I am responsible for ensuring that all the finance functions for Tung Sing are delivered. The team provides services to the rest of the Association, our board and to the group. We also look after the rent accounting function for Tung Sing and provide a range of administrative services to the rest of the Association
