What Do They Do?

They are responsible for representing Arena within local communities, and so will be the first port of call with any problems or questions Arena customers may have. They have been assigned to particular areas, enabling them to get to know our residents and therefore gain a better understanding of individual needs.  Neighbourhood Services Officers spend the majority of their time on the estate and can be contacted by telephone and will visit you in your home if required.
