By Credit Card or Debit Card, residents can pay by either credit or debit card, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by phoning Allpay on 0870 243 6040. You will be asked to quote the 19 digit number from your swipe card. You will be guided through the procedure by a clear voice message and given an online authorisation code.
