Customer Charter Launched
Your Housing Group recently launched its ‘Customer Charter’ in which it clearly states our service delivery commitments and targets. If we fail to comply then the Charter gives tenants the opportunity draw it to our attention and put it right.
The Executive Director of Operations said "Your Housing Group has a right first time philosophy and we aim to deliver services of the very highest standard at the first time of asking. What’s in the Charter is based on what our tenants have told us is important to them. We have used that information to set ourselves a set of customer service commitments and targets."
The Charter covers: tenant involvement and empowerment, your home, your tenancy, your neighbourhood and community as well as a special section for leaseholders. A copy of the summary Charter is attached for you to download.
