Career PATH: We are an active supporter of the Positive Action and Training in Housing initiative (PATH), established to address the serious underrepresentation of minority ethnic groups in housing associations, and we take on a number of trainees on two year placements to equip them with valuable experience that will help them to secure permanent employment.

Trainees shadow staff, and learn how to deal with practical functions from lettings to rent arrears cases. They get the chance to undertake a series of placements with other organisations, such as Social Services and the Citizens Advice Bureau, to see how their work impacts on the housing sector.
