Leasowe Community Homes is a stock owning subsidiary of Your Housing Group, based on the Wirral. We own just under 1000 properties on the Leasowe estate through a stock transfer from Wirral Borough Council in 1999. We also manage 355 of Your Housing group's properties, these are in various areas of the Wirral.

As from the 1st April 2011 Leasowe Community Homes manages the Wirral based properties of Your Housing Group.
