Can someone outside Arena Options review my complaint?
If you are still unhappy, you can appeal to the Independent Housing Ombudsman Service. This is an independent organisation that will investigate any sort of complaint about a housing association. However, the Ombudsman will only investigate a complaint after you have been through all of the stages of this complaints procedure. Their address is:

Can someone help me to make a complaint?
Yes. If you need help with any part of this procedure simply ask your CSM or a member of staff on site. You could also ask for help at any stage from friends, relatives, the Citizens' Advice Bureau, other voluntary organisations, your local councillor or MP.
