By Swipe using your swipe card to pay free of charge - at any Post Office or at local shops where you see PayPoint or PayZone signs.

Direct Debit is available free of charge to residents who wish to pay their rent/charges on a monthly basis. As part of the 'Arena Bonus Scheme' Arena and Leasowe Community Homes are offering residents a £10 Boots voucher as a sign up reward which is a 'one off' payment and applies only to the initial set up of a Direct Debit.

To obtain a mandate, please contact the Income Management Team. The completed form must be returned to us, and we will need 12 working days from receiving the form back, before your first payment can be taken from your bank account.

By Post, cheques or postal orders should be crossed and made payable to Arena Housing Association Ltd or Leasowe Community Homes. Please remember to write your resident reference number, name and address on the back of the cheque. You can find your resident number on your statement.

Bankers Standing Order, if you have a bank account and wish to pay weekly, you can have your rent or service charges paid directly by Standing Order. To do this contact your Customer Services Manager for a Standing Order form. This needs to be completed, signed and handed into your bank.

Internet, payments can be made via Allpay, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, using a debit or credit card. You must have a valid e-mail address to use this service.To make a payment, log on to www.allpayments.net and enter your 19 digit swipe card number. You will need a password for security, and will need this password each time you log on. Following your payment, you will be given a payment reference and authorisation code. Confirmation will also be sent to your e-mail address.

On line, a further facility available to pay rent/charges via the Internet. The website is www.billsonline.com you will be required to register for this facility and be issued with a pin number.

By Credit Card or Debit Card, residents can pay by either credit or debit card, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by phoning Allpay on 0870 243 6040. You will be asked to quote the 19 digit number from your swipe card.You will be guided through the procedure by a clear voice message and given an online authorisation code.

Housing Benefit, if you receive Housing Benefit, you can arrange for it to be paid directly to Arena by contacting your Local Authority. Please make sure that the amount is enough to cover the full amount of rent and service charges. If it isn't you will need to pay the difference using one of the other methods.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your claim with Housing Benefit is renewed at the appropriate time, to provide the relevant documentation to assist your claim, and to inform the Local Authority of any changes in your circumstances that may affect the amount that you are entitled to.

Telephone Banking, you can contact your bank with Arena/LCH bank details and your resident reference number, your bank will guide you through the process. Please contact your Customer Services Manager for Arena's bank details.
