Our vision is to be a healthy and successful organisation and we embrace The Good Governance Standard for Public Services and NHF Code of Governance to help ensure our long term future.

 

At Arena we strive beyond excellence and as part of being a responsive, self aware organisation, we have reviewed our Governance Structures, which are open, informed, capable and truly integrated into our business.

 

We exist to provide excellent services and homes for our residents and we are serious about our residents truly affecting the work of our organisation, to this end we will have a Resident Board, as part of our Governance structure in place by 2009.

 

Our vision is to achieve 4 out of 4 higher green lights on our HCA, we currently achieve a higher green light for viability, and the quality of our people and effective direction will see our vision realised.
