Anfield/Breckfield is situated within North Liverpool and is Arena's main regeneration area.  Arena owns 740 properties within this area.

The area is one of four renewal areas within Liverpool and has, up to 31st March 2011, received Housing Market Renewal funding.

Arena are working with Liverpool City Council, Keepmoat (the area's lead developer) to maintain the Programme of Renewal.  Further information on this is detailed within this website (see Regeneration Section).

Arena delivers its service to Anfield/Breckfield residents via a dedicated local office.  Arena were appointed lead RSL for the area under the LIFE plan, and as such, coordinate the re-housing of local residents affected by the clearance plans.

 

The Housing Renewal Team are based at The Breckfield Centre, Breckfield Road North, Liverpool L5 4QT, 0151 263 6236.

The office opening hours are: MONDAY to FRIDAY 10.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m.
