In 2011 the Tenant Services Authority asked all Social housing providers to deliver” Local Offers” and have specific tailored services based on what tenants want. Since April 2011, Local Offers have been part of Tung Sing's service package. We have worked closely with residents to develop and deliver offers which ensure residents’ local needs and priorities are met. We established two sets of offers; one for general needs residents and one for sheltered residents. 

We are delighted to report that all of last year's targets were achieved and residents were satisfied with the outcomes. To maximise the benefits of the offers, residents have decided to extend the same offers for another year.
