Arena Options provides homes and specialised services to our older residents and also those in the wider community.

Understanding the needs of an ageing population is becoming increasingly important so that we make the right kind of housing and services available to this growing section of the community. If anything, older people have more widely varying needs than the young, and the provision of housing for older people is an area in which Arena has built up a great amount of expertise, which includes:

• The Ryfields Retirement Village in Warrington where we are working in partnership with the Extra Care Charitable Trust.
• Reeve Court retirement Village in St Helens.
• Twenty-six sheltered housing schemes with warden support and a range of communal facilities.
• Two Residential homes,
• Three extra care housing schemes.
• Anfield/Breckfield New Beginnings which help older, disabled and vulnerable homeowners to access grants to undertake repairs, improvements and adaptations.
