Arena Staff are charged with delivering the Group’s promises. Our management style is embodied in the philosophy we call 'The Arena Way', an integrated management system based on a culture of support and performance. It relies on pro-active leadership, offering vision, direction and support to employees and has direct links to Investors in People (IIP), and the Business Excellence Model (from the European Quality Foundation). |

Investing in Staff. Having obtained the Investor in People accreditation, Arena operates a generous training programme, whereby staff are actively encouraged to attend training courses to develop their existing skills or learn new ones. The Association funds courses relevant to the employee's job and offers day release or other appropriate time off work to attend courses. |
Equal Opportunities. Arena stringently applies an equal opportunity policy, which ensures everybody, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, colour, physical ability or religious beliefs is treated fairly and without prejudice. The Association has been awarded the 'Positive about Disability' award from the Employment Service and vacancies are advertised both externally and internally to ensure that the recruitment process is transparent, fair and accessible. |
