Resident Consultation.Arena is proud of it’s long history of involving residents, and has resident representatives on subsidiary boards of management, providing input and ensuring residents' views are expressed at the very highest level.

Area is also in the process of establishing a Resident Board, and developing resident quality auditors, mystery shoppers and resident inspectors.

This is complemented by active Residents Forums and Service panels within each of the subsidiaries, along with an annual Group resident's conference.
