What Do They Do?

They are responsible for representing Arena within local communities, and so will be the first port of call with any problems or questions Arena customers may have. They have been assigned to particular areas, enabling them to get to know our residents and therefore gain a better understanding of individual needs.

Where Are They Based?

CSMs spend the majority of their time on the estate, and do not have an office base.

What Work Do They Do?

Residents don't need to contact anyone else, as the role of the CSM is to get the relevant specialists involved on residents' behalf. CSMs will answer all Arena questions and queries on virtually any subject, from right to buy to anti-social behaviour, from benefits advice to rent policy. They will also be developing local knowledge on their estate areas and so will even beable to let residents know what's going on locally.

CSMs are seen regularly around the estates and are accessible and available for residents to call upon to resolve issues and deliver services.
